Choose Of White Wine
Lots of varieties of white wine grapes, generally there is Dry and sweet white wine. Common White Wine Grape Varietals are Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Torrontes, Pinot Grigio, Semillon, Moscato and Viognier.
To prepare the Kir Cocktail we recommend to use the dry white wine, dry wines can contain up to about 10 grams of sugar per bottle but still taste dry, meaning it isn’t sweet. When we Mix the dry white wine with sweet and blackcurrant flavour dark red liqueur (crème de cassis) it will be perfect mix for those who prefer to drink less sweet cocktail (depend on ratio). Common grape varietals under dry white wines are Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc , Torrontes (dry based) and Pinot Gris. If Person prefers to drink sweet cocktail can try to mix with sweet white wine (eg. Late harvest).
