Starts out full-bodied and rich on the palate, going on to reveal an elegant tannic structure and spicy red fruit flavours. Altogether well-balanced, with a pleasant long aftertaste. It is a blend of young wines providing fruit and richness, and older wines accounting for depth, complexity, and a beautiful structure. After bottling, the blend is aged for several months in our cellar in order to achieve a fine balance.
